Returns Policy

At Earnest Foods we believe in satisfying our customers by offering courteous, efficient, and hassle-free service. Should you need to return merchandise, the following policy applies:

RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE: 

o A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

SUPPLEMENTS/PERSONAL CARE RETURNS WITHOUT ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT OR AFTER 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE: 

• No refund or credit will be issued on any supplement or personal care item

ALL OTHER RETURNS (RESTRICTIONS BELOW) WITHOUT ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT OR AFTER 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE: 

o A refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.
o Driver’s license or major credit cards are required for refunds 

without a sales receipt or after 7 days of purchase.
